In 2024 Grandma's House of Hope was invited to join a county-backed pilot program to launch FOUR brand-new Behavioral Health Bridge Housing homes. Safe havens for those battling serious mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and homelessness. Places where hope isn’t just a word—it’s a plan. And one of these homes? It’s exclusively for male veterans. Men who’ve sacrificed so much for this country. Men who deserve a space to heal, rebuild, and take that next step toward permanent housing. But here’s the thing: this isn’t just about housing. This is about changing lives. But this program is more than housing.  Here’s where it all begins. A fresh start. A clear mind. A chance to rebuild. This is where they can slow down, take a breath, and finally focus on what matters: Learning real-life skills. Healing their mind AND body. Sobriety. But it’s about more than sobriety—it’s about starting over with purpose. Building a life that’s productive, fulfilling, and theirs. When they leave this program, they’re not just moving on. They’re stepping into a future that’s their own. Permanent housing. A restored sense of self. A life that’s whole again.  It all starts here. And we can’t do it without YOU. Your support today = lives changed tomorrow. Together, we can bring more people off the streets and into a brighter future. Our staff that you see above has devoted their lives to doing just that.  Be part of something bigger. Something life-changing. Something REAL. At Grandma’s House of Hope, we’re not just talking about change—we’re making it happen. Every. Single. Day. We’re lifting Orange County's most vulnerable off the streets. We’re giving them more than shelter—we’re giving them HOPE. And healing. And a chance to rebuild. But we can’t do it alone. Your support fuels this transformation. Your gift changes lives. Your generosity turns struggle into strength. Join us. Because together, we’re not just helping. We’re creating a future worth fighting for.  In gratitude, Irene Basdakis, Esq., CEO |
