We have over 10 warm welcoming homes that specialize in emergency, transitional, and bridge housing for adults. Our unique program allows participants a longer stay so they have time to heal and meet their financial, mental and physical health goals—ultimately leading to stable permanent housing.

Life-skills workshops in areas like meal prep, cleaning, fixing, budgeting, medication management

While in our Housing Program, 100% attended medical appointments, 88% attended therapy and 89% with substance use issues attended programs for substance use.
76% reported improved physical or mental health and 86% indicated improved feelings of safety in our program.
59% of participants experiencing positive exit outcomes, including 51% moving into permanent housing.
In 2022, Grandma’s House of Hope:
