As Circle of Hope members, you are the pillars of Grandma’s House of Hope, forming the foundation of the life-changing and life-sustaining support that
uplifts those most in need in Orange County.

Our Major Achievements Since 2024
Four New Homes​
We were selected as one of only four non-profits to partner with Orange County Health Care Agency’s Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Pilot Program.
Expanded Network
We have expanded our professional network to help restore our participants’ self-worth and health bringing even more services to our participants.
Alumni Association
We launched a new alumni association - Grandma’s Family Tree. This new program provides ongoing friendships, resources, and a sense of belonging.
Organizational Culture
We have unified our administrative team, provided cross-training to break down silos, and fostered a family-like culture—strengthening staff well-being to better serve.
